How do you get your child to brush his teeth?
Once your child starts having more teeth, it's time to get started on a tooth brushing routine so that your child knows the importance of keeping his teeth clean.



Allow him to choose his own toothbrush.
This could be in his favorite colour, cartoon character or even shape.
Choose a suitable kid-friendly toothpaste.
They sometimes come appetizing fruit flavours and are not overly minty for a child's liking. Use only a pea-sized amount of a fluoride or non-fluoride toothpaste.
Brush together.
Get him to brush alongside you so that he can pick up the proper ways of brushing, flossing and rinsing. You can also make it fun and engaging for him each step of the way.

Tip: For kids who are struggling to floss, tie a 25cm strand into a loop around their fingers so that they can use it easily.

Keep body odour at bay
Our weather is humid and perspiration is inevitable. But there's no exuse to smell unpleasant all day long. Follow these proper bathing and hygiene habits to stay fresh always.

Shower twice a day
with a wash cloth and an anti-bacterial soap of shower gel.
Towel yourself completely dry Use deodorant or an anti-perspirant Dress in natural fibers wearing clothes made of cotton clothes can help prevent embarrassing perspiration sprains.
