      Professionally and accurately handles all inbound calls regarding orders, invoices, complaints, and dispute resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.       • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word); and adept in utilizing databases and 3rd party (ecommerce) web sites to access information.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proven multi-tasker who thrives in deadline-driven environment
