Pharmacy Assistants
Responsibilities:

Area Managers
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the control on stores' under assigned area operations achieve optimum performance so that budgeted sales and profitability of the assigned stores are met to achieve Guardian's business goals.
- Set sales and profitability budget for assigned stores and monitor the stores' performance to achieve the budget.
- Identify opportunities and threats facing assigned stores so that action plans are formulated for implementation.
- Monitor store operations in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, stocks ordering and management, security and costs incurred to ensure assigned stores operate at optimum performance level.
- Implement linear footage analysis and store prototyping to achieve optimum return of space.
- Ensure manpower needs of the stores and developmental needs of staff are met so that stores can operate efficiently. Lead team in setting up, renovating and closing down of stores according to the management's plan.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between management and store level so that management's plans are timely communicated and implemented whilst feedback from stores on operational issues are also feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role

Category Executives
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Category Manager in monitoring the implementation of all buying, promotions designed to achieve the overall objective of the Department.
- Prepare and analyse monthly sales data, movement reports on specific brand/prodcut performance.
- Ensure forms and informations in the Price book, KVI List and Must Stock List are relevant and updated.
- Ensure recoveries/ A&P budgets are met through effective communication with Marketing and Operations department. Consolidate and prepare accurate monthly/ cumulative income results.
- Manage and liase with suppliers closely on purchases, service standards, time schedule and marketing plan in order to achieve sales target.
- Assist and collaborate with marketing department to ensure smooth operations of all sales and promotional activities.
- Manage and maintain acceptable level of overall stock inventory to avoid stock out situations.
- Liase closely with other departments and maintain good internal communication.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma holder with marketing related experience.
- 2 to 3 years related experience.
