At Guardian, our dedicated pharmacists will help you to quit smoking! Our pharmacists will design a personalized quit plan, prescribe nicotine replacement therapy if necessary and provide regular follow-ups to assist you in your quit smoking process.

The duration varies with individuals. Most people will take approximately 8 -12 weeks to quit smoking.

How are the sessions conducted?
The first session will be conducted in our Quit Centres. Subsequent follow –ups up will be conducted either in our centres or through phone according to your preference and availability.
