- Operations support includes inventory management, picking, sorting, quality control and receipt of goods

The Role The successful candidate will be trained as a Pre-Registered Pharmacist by our in-house Pharmacist Preceptor for a period of 3-6 months (FRP Pharmacist with USM degree) or 12 months (Fresh graduate from USM), candidate who has completed the training successfully and granted with Pharmacist license issued by Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) will be considered for a permanent role as a Pharmacist with Guardian Health & Beauty Singapore. During training, Pre-Registered Pharmacist will be guided by an in-house licensed Pharmacist Preceptor to provide a suite of dispensing and counselling services within the Retail Pharmacy Practices in accordance with local regulatory guidelines and standards.- Dispense drugs accurately based on prescriptions and ensure that there is compliance with governing laws, regulations and standards.

Reporting into Operations Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for leading a team that for store management, strategy implementation, and planning for the assigned geographical area in Singapore.

The Role
Manage the space planning function ensuring that our in-store space is used in the most effective way to meet our consumers needs and in the most efficient way in line with key KPI’s. The role holder will own the overall space, range and display (SRD) process and work closely with the merchandise director to set the space strategy in order to achieve category growth plans.
- Manage the annual SRD process, reporting accurately on the efficiency of all in store space and building the annual plans to reflect latest performance, consumer needs and category growth plans.
- Provide regular updates on SRD Performance
- Ensure all stakeholders are involved in the SRD process and aware of the key timelines
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer decision trees for responsible categories ensuring that they are updated regularly.
- Clearly define the core merchandising principles and ensure that all planograms are in line with these.
- Manage the overall range review process in line with the category teams ensuring that all range review is signed off in a robust manner and all planograms are built and signed off.
- Manage the promotional sign off process ensuring that all space is allocated and that the ranging is managed in line with set guidelines
- Work with Category Managers to update off shelf display every promo cycle and communicate to stores via bulletin.
- Ensure OSD displays comply with Guardian’s guidelines.
- Work closely with the category managers on any category display projects ensuring that they reflect the strategic direction and are delivered on time
- Manage the space team ensuring that development plans are in place.
