- How to know the status of my delivery?
Ready status is defined as order is placed and being processed by Guardian
Completed status is defined as order is packed and handed over to our 3rd party logistics partner.
Our partner NJV will deliver your parcel on the day of your delivery date of choice and you will receive an SMS on the day of delivery.
- Where can my order be delivered?
We can deliver your order to any address within Singapore mainland (except these no-go zone) or you can also pick up your orders at any Guardian stores (except airport stores).
- How long does it take to get my orders delivered?
Please refer to the delivery date options available for your order at checkout. Our team is working hard to ensure orders your shipped to you in a timely manner.
- How much does delivery cost?
We usually apply a flat delivery fee of $8 for orders below $80. Check the website regularly for free delivery promotions, currently we are happy to waive delivery fees for any orders higher than $40.
- How can my order qualify for free delivery?
For now, we are pleased to offer free delivery for orders of $40 and above. Enjoy while it lasts!
Please note that any partial cancellation by the customer which results in total order amount to be less than $40, customer will have to pay for the delivery charges.
- How can I choose my preferred delivery time?
For home delivery service, you can choose the delivery date and time slot for your order at checkout. We offer the following time slots:
- 6.00pm –10.00pm
Please note that time slots and days are subject to availability and will be offered on a first-come-first served basis.
- What should I do when the package is damaged upon delivery?
In the event that the delivered package is damaged, please indicate the damage on the Airway Bill upon signing off the package with our delivery provider.
- Will I receive sensitive products in discreet packaging?
Sensitive products such as intimate and sensual products will be placed in a brown paper bag and inserted into the delivery package box
The paper bag will be plain, with absolutely no mention of our company/product. We ensure 100% privacy which you can't have while purchasing in physical stores!
- Can I order to other countries outside of Singapore?
At the moment, we regret that we deliver only within Singapore.
Should we find that there is increasing demand for deliveries outside of Singapore, we will certainly find a way to expand our delivery service. Feel free to share your feedback with us.
- Can I collect my online orders from a Guardian store?
Yes, you can. At checkout, you can choose to pick up your order from a store instead of having it delivered to a specific address. For your convenience, we are proud to offer free delivery to any Guardian store in Singapore.
By clicking on Store Locator, you can enter your postal code in order to find all stores nearby. You can also check the opening hours of the stores.
We are also pleased to offer free delivery for eligible in-store purchases. If your purchases total $200 or above in a single receipt, we can deliver your purchases to your doorstep for free within 5 working days.
We deliver all products except beverages (with the exception of diabetic/nutritional drinks) and prescription medicines.
- Which are the Guardian stores that I can collect my orders from?
You may collect your orders at any of the 4 Click & Collect stores at the following locations
- Can I still change to a different collection store after I have placed my Click and Collect order?
For Click & Collect orders, we regret to inform you that we are unable to support any changes to the chosen store location once the order has been confirmed. Once the selected delivery mode has been chosen, we regret to inform you that it can't be changed as well.
- Will I be notified upon delivery (for Home Delivery) or when my order is ready for collection (For Click and Collect)?
Yes. For home delivery, our courier service will send a SMS to notify you of the delivery.
For click & collect service (self collection) at our stores, you will receive a call and an email once the order arrives at the store, to inform parcel is ready for your collection. Do note that we will keep your parcel at choice of store for not more than 7 days once we have contacted you for the collection.
