It is the world's first 100% synthetic kinesiology tape, re-engineered with stronger adhesive, to outlast anything you can throw at it.
KT Tape Pro® can be worn in the shower, in the pool, or while riding waves at the beach. Synthetic performance fibers are fast-drying, water resistant, and provide superior strength, stretch, and recoil. KT Tape Pro® also features an adhesive formulated to remain in place for 4-7 days.
KT Tape Pro® fibers feature a stronger elastic core which delivers better support for muscles, joints and tendons without restricting comfort and range of motion. This improved elastic core retains its elasticity far better over time and provides more durable support than cotton kinesiology tape, lasting as long as you need it. Like top athletes, it relies on both strength and endurance to get the job done.
KT Tape Pro® is pre-cut and ready to apply right out of the box. Pre-cut strips have rounded corners which help to prevent the corners from catching on clothing or the edges fraying. Each roll contains 20 pre-cut strips that are 10 inches long and 2 inches wide.
KT Tape® products are Hypoallergenic, Latex-Free, Natural Rubber-Free! This means that our products have been designed and developed to contain fewer potential substances that can trigger allergic reactions. While our goal is to provide you products that won't cause any irritations, if you are known to have sensitive skin or prone to irritation, we recommend testing a small piece of KT Tape applied with no stretch on tougher skin such as the knee or forearm before utilizing our product line.
How To Use

1. Clean and DRY the areas first. If you have applied moisturisers, lotions, oils or wax from manual work, this prevents the tape from sticking. Similarly, if you are out mid-run ad sweaty; dry the area before applying). 2. Remove hair – okay if you have fine hair, but excessive leg hair for example can stop the tape from getting a grip on the skin (and be painful for you, especially when removing the tape, Ouchy!) 3. Measure the area you want to tape – remember its stretchy qualities! 4-5 squares are enough for ‘usual’ muscles such a calf, hamstrings, quads on average size person. 4. Cut the edges rounded – Sharp cornered edges are likely to be snagged on clothing and pull away easier rounded ensures tape adhesive longevity. 5. From the strip, keep the paper over the glue but tear away the top and bottom inch. They are your ANCHORs, to hold the tape in place. 6. Remove the tape from an anchor and apply it with ZERO stretche on the insertion area of the targeted muscle. 7. Rub the anchor with the slippy side of the paper to activate the adhesive. 8. Keep fingers on the anchor and apply a stretch to the tape – the paper will come off as you stretch it, so just keep it out of the way as you go. For most applications your want 75% stretch. To find this, simply stretch the tape as far as it will go and then ease off about 25%. 9. At 75% stretch you lower the tape to the skin and smooth over with your hand that was holding down the anchor – You do not want ridges or bubbles in the k-tape. 10. Apply the top anchor exactly how to did the first, ZERO stretch. 11. Vigorously rub the whole tape with the slippy side of the paper (it won’t pull at the tape like your hand might) for about 20-30 seconds to activate the adhesive glue.
