MyDoc is an online platform that enables people to get advice for general health concerns conveniently. Based in Singapore, the platform lets users securely chat with certified Guardian pharmacists and healthcare professionals.

2. Are the services on Guardian-MyDoc free?

Yes, the services on the platform are free.

3. Who are the panel of healthcare professionals for Guardian-MyDoc?

The panel of healthcare professionals are Guardian pharmacists and physicians registered with the Singapore Medical Council

4. What questions can I ask the healthcare professionals on the Guardian-MyDoc platform?

A Guardian pharmacist can advise you on pharmaceutical products, basic health questions and specific medication, while physicians will be on hand to answer medical-focused questions or provide health advice.

5. Can I talk to a healthcare professional while I am travelling?

The Guardian community on MyDoc can be accessed anywhere with an Internet connection.

6. What if my preferred healthcare provider is not on your list of professionals?

Guardian-MyDoc will provide professionals who are trained to use the platform. The healthcare professionals listed on our platform should not replace your existing providers and should be seen as an additional point of access to relevant medical information.

7. Is the platform secure and private?

The MyDoc platform is a secure website that holds data on behalf of the user. Users are owners of their healthcare data and control access to it. Users have the option of sharing data with any healthcare providers on the platform. At all times, the user is able to see others with whom they have shared any individual health record. 

MyDoc complies with data privacy protection requirements in Singapore.

8. How can I access the Guardian community on MyDoc?

You will need to download the MyDoc app, which is available for both Android and iOS platforms. After you register for an account, you will be able to access the Guardian community on MyDoc.
